Explaining Web 1.0, Web 2.0 & Web 3.0

This great post defines Web 1.0 and Web 2.0, and hypothesizes what Web 3.0 will be. In short:
- Web 1.0:
- the beginning of the internet; the movement of print media onto the internet en masse.
- Web 2.0:
- social networking and other data sharing mechanisms.
- Web 3.0:
- integration and configuration of the massive amounts of data currently available.
